Often we feel tired as we wake up, fall asleep while sitting or are not able to stand while doing even small work. These are nothing but the symptoms of tiredness from inside. the main causes being improper sleeping habits, stress, unscheduled exercises, and also improper diet. Keep a note of your daily routine work- With the help of this you will be able to schedule your routine work to prevent from overburdening yourself.

One work at a time- Many a times women are seen doing more that one work at a time, this may save their time but the tiredness caused later leads to one getting stressed or ill health.

Sufficient sleep- It is very important to make a schedule of sleeping habits. 8 hrs. sleep divided into 2 times a day is very effective means of increasing ones concentration levels.

Keep a check on diet- wrong eating habits may lead to tiredness which includes both eating less or eating improper food. One should have a healthy diet which includes fruits for Vitamins, food grains for calcium, potassium etc. Dry fruits should be taken for iron elements.

Drink plenty of water-Water scarcity inside body is one of the major source of tiredness.One should at least have 1.5 – 2 l of daily water intake.

Exercise- It is very essential to take out some time for exercise from ones daily routine. the best time being the morning or evening evening time after we wake up. going for a morning walk keeps you fresh throughout the day and 10-15 minutes of yoga helps in building up your stamina for daily work.

Keep a positive attitude- Negative thinking causes more dullness in life then the work we are doing. positive thinking and attitude in life can keep oneself motivated throughout our daily work.

Remember good/happy moments of life- It is very helpful in maintaining the energy level of body during the day. Listening soft favourite music, watching programs are the ways to keep tiredness away.

What exactly are the good and bad fats? Before reducing your body fat it is very important to know its types, a minimum amount of fat needed or the negative effects of  tarns fat on mind and body.



In a country like India the population of fat people are increasing day by day, and due to this reason the researchers of the world are giving warning  about the health hazards India could face in the near future. This is the only reason because of which our government has taken protective steps towards obesity and diseases related to unwanted fat.

The government has ordered the companies of fast food and cooking oils to fully describe the food value and the trans fat used in these products. But it is true that there are very few people who know anything about good and bad fats. If you are one of those who thinks that instant Maggie and salty potato snacks are time saver and smart snacks, then you really needs to think twice. In reality the trans fats present in these are termed as “The silent killers”. The main health problems which occur due to these are-

Saturated fats are found in butters, full cream milk, coconut oil and meat.  Mono-saturated fat are found in nuts, olive oil, seeds of nuts. Poly-saturated fats are found in corn, sunflower, sesame oil and fish.

Now its up to you which way you want to choose, as it is a scientifically proved that today India is fighting with a very serious problem of obesity and ranks number one in the world for the deaths caused by heart attacks due to excess fat among people.

E.Coli signs and symptoms

E.Coli(Escherichia coli) signifies a bacterium that resides in the digestive tract of human beings and animals. There are various types of E.coli and most of them are harmless. But some can cause serious illness and bloody diarrhea.One of the common type of E.Coli is O157:H7 which can cause kidney failure or severe anemia.Other can cause urinary tract infection too.

Other foods such as dairy products, raw milk,raw fruits and vegetables if not cooked properly can cause serious illness because of the germ E.Coli found in infected animal feces.

The infected human and animal feces when gets into the lakes, ponds or water supplies infects the people using that contaminated water.E.Coli also spread from one person to other person when the infected person does not wash hands well after a bowel movement

Symptoms of E.Coli infection are:

Bloody diarrhea

Nausea

The symptoms usually starts appearing after 3-4 days of infection. Some people hardly notice the symptoms and gets better in about a week without consulting the doctor.

Psoriasis, its symptoms and treatment

Thumb sorrying is the most common problem during childhood. Babies develop the habit of thumb sorrying  while they are still in womb.One out of every three children has the habit of sorrying his/her thumb. The habit is not so harmful if the child do it occasionally. But if the child is not able to leave this habit at later age then it can be a serious problem as thumb sorrying restricts the growth of jaws and create problem with airway and breathing.



According to American Dental Association, children sorry their thumb because sorrying is natural to them.A child should stop sorrying as soon as the permanent front teeth are ready to come out.Children stops sorrying their thumb at the age of 2-4 years.
