Ingredients:

1) 1 organic banana(with peel)

2)1 small pot of water

3)A sprinkle of cinnamon to enhance the taste



Directions:

1)Cut off the both ends of the banana:



2) Put the banana into the pot of boiling water. Better to use purified water.



Boil the water for 10minutes, then sprinkle some cinnamon into the water. You could add as much as you want.
