INGREDIENTS :
Besan flour - 1 cup
Wheat bread - 5
Chilli powder - 3 tbsps
Salt to taste
Hing ( perungayam)
Jeera - 1 tsp
Corinader leaves - few
METHOD OF PREPARATION :
1) Make a smooth batter with the above said ingredients .
2) Heat oil in a kadai . Once hot , drop a spoon of batter and fry till golden brown .
