Ilaneer Appam
ngredients
Boiled rice - 1 cup
Ilaneer ( coconut water ) - 2 cups
Coconut milk - 1 cup
Cardamom powder - a pinch
Sugar - to taste
Salt - to taste
Method
1. Soak rice in water for half an hour.
2. Grind rice to a batter.
3. Mix ilaneer, salt and set aside for 8 hours.
4. Prepare appams.
5. Pour coconut milk mixed with sugar, cardamom powder over appam and serve.
