Soft Creamy Bread Ice Cream Cake✨

Turn simple bread into a rich, smooth, and creamy ice cream — no machine needed! Just mix, freeze, and enjoy this magical dessert! 😍❄️

🥄 Ingredients
Bread 4 pieces
Milk 1 & 1/2 cup
Sugar 1/4 cup
Cold whipping cream 1/2 cup
Vanilla 1/2 tsp

🔹 Instructions
1. Cut the edges of the bread and grind into a fine powder.
2. Boil milk with sugar, then gradually add bread powder while stirring.
3. Cook on medium flame until thick, then let it cool completely.
4. Beat cold whipping cream until stiff peaks form.
5. Add the cooled bread mixture and beat for 2 mins.
6. Add vanilla and mix well.
7. Line a 6-inch pan with wrapping paper and pour the mixture.
8. Cover and freeze for 8 hours.
9. Mould out garnish some chopped pistachios and enjoy the soft, creamy homemade bread ice cream!
