✨ A Little Positivity and the Paradoxes of Medicine 😉

Every morning I catch myself thinking about how strange life really is. Just look at these facts:

1️⃣ The inventor of the treadmill died at 54.
2️⃣ The creator of gymnastics passed away at 57.
3️⃣ A world bodybuilding champion died at just 41.
4️⃣ James Fuller Fixx, the man who popularized jogging, died of a heart attack while running—at 52.
5️⃣ Meanwhile, the inventor of Nutella lived to 88.
6️⃣ The founder of Winston cigarettes made it to 102.
7️⃣ The man behind opium lived to 116 (until an earthquake got him).
8️⃣ The creator of Hennessy cognac lived a long 98 years.

And then there was Sir Winston Churchill—lover of cigars, cognac, and foie gras—who lived into his 90s and once famously said:
“I owe my longevity to sport. I never practiced it.” 🥂

Sometimes life writes the funniest paradoxes. If sports were truly the ultimate key to long life… every house would probably have two pull-up bars installed. 😅
