Maargan (2025) Movie Review

There is a murder happening in chennai where victim's entire body becomes black. Mumbai police officer Dhruv (Vijay Antony) arrives to chennai and investigates this case unofficially as his daughter was also killed in same pattern. Inspector Shruthi (Brigida Saga) is assisting to him in the investigation. Based on few evidences and incidents, they arrest a suspect named Thamizharivu (Ajay Dhishan). What happens further, is rest of the story.

Positives: Story with supernatural elements mixed, Suspenseful narration, Actors performance, BGM, Cinematography.

Drawbacks: Apart from supernatural help on investigation, there is no much practical investigation sequences which is disappointing.

Verdict: Watchable thriller.
