Piazza del Colosseo, 1 – in the heart of Rome, Italy
Easily walkable from Roman Forum, Palatine Hill, and Piazza Venezia.

Opening Hours:
Open daily from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM (last entry at 6:00 PM)
Closed on January 1st and December 25th

Tickets (as of 2024):
Standard ticket: €18 (includes Colosseum, Roman Forum & Palatine Hill)
With Arena floor access: €24+
Guided tours or underground access are extra but highly recommended
Free entry on the first Sunday of every month (expect large crowds)

The Arena Floor: Where gladiators once fought
Underground chambers (Hypogeum): Animal cages and elevators
Upper tiers: Amazing views over Rome and the Forum
Arch of Constantine: Just outside the Colosseum

Wear comfy shoes – lots of walking and uneven stone paths
