TOMYAM Soup Recipe 🍜🍲

 Ingredients :

  226 gr shrimp, peel and remove the shell ☑️
  2 stalks of lemongrass☑️
  6 glasses of water or shrimp stock ☑️
  4 cloves of garlic, minced ☑️
  2 bird's eye chilies, sliced ​​(according to taste) ☑️
  1 lime, grated and squeezed ☑️
  151 gr button mushrooms, sliced ​​☑️
  1 tsp grated ginger ☑️
  1 tsp granulated sugar ☑️
  2 tsp soy sauce or fish sauce (according to taste)☑️
 Complementary:
  Coriander leaves ☑️
  Lime slices☑️
 
How to make :

  Prepare the ingredients.  Clean and peel the prawns.  👩🏻‍🍳
Crush the lemongrass & knot it👩🏻‍🍳
Fill a medium saucepan with six cups of water or shrimp stock. Add the lemongrass to the saucepan and cover. 👩🏻‍🍳
Place the saucepan over high heat and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat to low and add the garlic, chili, lime zest, mushrooms, ginger, sugar, and soy sauce or fish sauce. Cook for three minutes. 👩🏻‍🍳
Add the shrimp to the saucepan and cook until pink and opaque, about three minutes. Add the lime juice. 👩🏻‍🍳
Taste the soup and add more chili, lime juice or soy sauce as desired to adjust the spice, acidity and saltiness.  👩🏻‍🍳
Divide the soup into bowls and serve with coriander leaves, chili flakes, and lime wedges.👩🏻‍🍳
