WORTH Sharing 🤗🤗
« on: March 17, 2025, 12:47:06 PM »

Strong people wear their strength like armor, shielding the world from seeing their cracks. They carry the burdens of others, mend hearts that aren't theirs, and whisper words of hope even when their own voices tremble.

But when the night comes and the world grows quiet, their strength gives way to silence. It's in those moments, under the dim glow of the moon, that the weight becomes too much. They cry-not for weakness, but because their hearts need release. They cry for the battles they've fought in silence. They cry for the pain they've endured without complaint. They cry because they've spent so much time holding others together, they've forgotten how to heal themselves. The strongest people know the value of tears. They know that crying doesn't diminish their strength-it amplifies it. It's a reminder that they're human, that their struggles are real, and that even the strongest need to break sometimes to rebuild. These quiet tears are sacred. They're the proof of resilience, the evidence of a soul brave enough to face its shadows.

When morning comes, these same strong people will rise again, their hearts a little lighter, their spirits a little stronger, ready to face the world once more. So if you ever find yourself crying in the solitude of the night, remember this: you're not breaking. You're healing. And that, in itself, is strength.

One of the most powerful things you can ever do is know your worth - and stand by it.

I’ve reached a point in my life where I no longer fear losing people. Not because I don’t care, but because I refuse to hold onto anyone who doesn’t truly value me.
I’ve learned that real love, real respect, and real loyalty never put you in a position where you have to beg for them.

Disrespect me once, and I won’t argue. I won’t chase, plead, or try to convince you to treat me better. I will simply remove myself. Because the moment you show me that you don’t appreciate my presence, I’ll make sure you feel my absence.

I don’t have the energy to entertain people who take me for granted. I don’t have the patience to explain basic respect to those who should already understand it.

You see, I spent too much of my life giving people chance after chance, hoping they’d change, hoping they’d finally see my worth. But all that ever did was drain me.

People who truly care about you won’t put you in a position where you have to question your value. They won’t make you wonder if you’re enough. They won’t make you feel like an option, a convenience, or a backup plan.

So now, I move differently.
I no longer cling to people just because of history, attachment, or potential.
I pay attention to how they treat me in the present.

I protect my energy.
I choose peace over forced connections.
And I refuse to settle for anything less than what I give in return.
The right people will never make you feel like you have to fight for a place in their lives.

And the wrong ones? Let them go. Trust me, your life will feel so much lighter without them.

"Live, not with expectations but by doing something and working it out. Be present with the things in your reach and learn to create something useful that would benefit your passion and health at the same time. Pour in, inspiration with what you do and feel happy about it because you love how it brings peace to you and to everything around you that gives you colors, in your life."

Stay happy in loving yourself more ❤️

” Be careful who you let on your ship, because some people will sink the whole ship just because they can't be the captain".

Be mindful of who you allow on your ship, for not everyone comes with good intentions.
Some people, driven by their own need for control or resentment, may try to steer your course in directions that lead to turmoil.
They may not be satisfied with simply being part of the journey, and in their desire to take over, they risk sinking the entire ship.

Protect your ship—your life, your peace, your dreams—from those who cannot honor the role they are meant to play. Surround yourself with those who lift you, who respect your path, and who understand that a true journey is about supporting one another, not seizing the helm at all costs.

We are born with the capacity for love and kindness. But kindness is a choice, not a trait you're born with. It's a conscious decision to remain gentle, to have faith in humanity, and to understand the significance of compassion, even in the face of adversity.

The kindest souls are those who have consciously nurtured empathy, softened in the face of adversity, and upheld the belief in the inherent goodness of humanity.

By embracing compassion, they illuminate a path of understanding, unity, and healing, reminding us all of the profound impact kindness can have on our world.

“Let it hurt, then let it heal."

There’s a peculiar power in softness, a resilience in tenderness. Pain arrives uninvited, threatening to turn us cold, to calcify our hearts with its relentless touch. But there is strength in remaining supple, in choosing warmth over the bitter chill.

Allow yourself to feel the weight of every wound, to acknowledge the raw ache that lingers. But remember: you are not defined by these scars. They are simply reminders of battles fought and survived.

Healing is a journey.

We Are All Wounded

We all are wounded,
somewhere deep inside where no light reaches.
We walk through life with invisible scars,
hearts stitched together by trembling hands,
hoping no one looks too closely.
The world teaches us to hide it,
to smile when it hurts,
to cover our cracks and pretend we are whole.

But we all are broken,
each of us carrying stories
we're too afraid to tell.
The mother who cries in secret after her children sleep.
The man who laughs the loudest but feels the emptiest inside.
The friend who always says, "I'm fine,"
because she knows no one truly asks twice.

We bleed differently.
Some wounds are fresh, still raw to the touch.
Others have scabbed over,
but the pain lingers when we press too hard.
And some are buried so deep,
we’ve convinced ourselves they don’t exist—
until something tears them open again.

Maybe it was betrayal that broke you.
Maybe it was the love you gave
that was never returned.
Maybe it was the dream you chased
that left you empty-handed.
Or the loved one you lost too soon.
Maybe it was the words you heard growing up,
or the silence that followed
when you needed words the most.

But your wounds don’t make you weak.
They make you human.
They are the evidence of a life lived,
of battles fought,
of a heart brave enough to feel.

And while we’re all wounded,
we’re also all healers.
We carry salve in our words,
in the way we listen without judgment,
in the way we show up for each other.
We patch each other up,
sometimes without even knowing.
A kind word, a gentle touch, a reminder that,
"You’re not alone"—
that’s how we start to mend.

So don’t hide your wounds.
Don’t pretend they don’t exist.
Let them breathe.
Let them teach you empathy,
let them remind you that everyone you meet
is fighting a battle you can’t see.

We are all wounded,
but we are also resilient.
We may limp, but we keep moving.
We may break, but we learn to rebuild.
And in the end, our scars tell a story:
not just of pain,
but of survival.
Not just of what we’ve lost,
but of what we’ve found.

So, if you feel broken today,
know this darling....
you’re not alone.
You’re part of a world full of cracked souls
still shining light through their brokenness.
And that’s what makes us beautiful.

Most of us were never taught how to sit with our emotions, let alone understand what they’re trying to tell us. Instead, we were taught to suppress them, push through, or distract ourselves until they pass. But emotions don’t just disappear when ignored—they get stored, they build up, and they come out in other ways.

That’s why learning to recognize and understand your emotions is so important. When you know what an emotion is signaling, you can work with it instead of feeling overwhelmed by it. You can move through it instead of getting stuck in cycles of avoidance, frustration, or self-judgment.

This was inspired by @selfexperimenting, who explores this topic much deeper and explains it in a way that’s incredibly insightful.

When you start listening to your emotions instead of fighting them, everything shifts. Anger becomes a sign that something needs to change. Anxiety becomes a signal to focus on what’s within your control. Sadness becomes an invitation to process, not just something to “get over.”

Understanding your emotions doesn’t mean they’ll always feel good, but it does mean you’ll have the awareness to navigate them instead of being consumed by them—and that alone makes all the difference.

Thank you for pushing me forward....

Thank you for making me feel like I was never good enough to see it.
I learned that my worth isn't tied to someone else's inability

Thank you for ignoring me when I needed you the most.
I learned that when someone truly cares, they never leave you hanging.

Thank you for turning your back when I thought you'd stay.
I learned that real love doesn't walk away when it gets hard.

Thank you for treating my feelings like they didn't matter.
I learned that my emotions are valid and deserve to be heard.

Thank you for making me feel small, like my voice didn't count.
I learned to speak louder, to stand taller, and to never shrink for anyone, thank you for pushing me away.

Thank you for never stepping up when I was struggling.
I learned that I can count on myself, even when others don't show up.

Thank you for making love feel like something I had to earn. learned that love should be given freely, not as a reward for good behavior.

Thank you for breaking me down with your silence.
I learned that silence can speak louder than words, and it's not always kind.

I have no interest in clearing my name for people who thrive on rumors and lies.

No matter what I say, they’ll twist it into whatever suits their narrative. I could explain myself a hundred times, and they’d still find a way to misunderstand. So why waste my energy? People believe what they want to believe, and I’ve learned that the ones who truly matter don’t need an explanation.

Sometimes, silence is the best response. Not because I have nothing to say, but because I refuse to entertain negativity disguised as curiosity. There’s power in walking away, in letting them talk while I continue moving forward. I don’t need to prove anything to people who’ve already decided their version of me.

The truth speaks for itself, and in the end, it always finds its way to those who are willing to hear it.

Build Positive Relationships - Laugh often – Humor reduces stress and lifts your mood.

Laughter is a powerful tool for building positive relationships and improving overall well-being. Sharing a good laugh with family, friends, or even colleagues strengthens connections, creates joyful memories, and fosters a sense of belonging. Scientifically, laughter releases endorphins (feel-good hormones), reduces stress hormones, and even boosts the immune system!

When you surround yourself with people who uplift and bring humor into your life, you naturally feel lighter, happier, and more resilient to challenges. So, find joy in the little things, embrace moments of silliness, and don’t be afraid to laugh out loud!👍😆

The Japanese say that every person has three faces. The first face is the one we show the world. It is the version of ourselves that is shaped by society’s expectations. We smile, act polite, and try to be accepted. This is the face that hides our fears, struggles, and insecurities.

The second face is the one we show to our close friends and family. This face is more real. With our loved ones, we express our emotions more freely. We share our joys and pains, our dreams and worries. They see a side of us that the world does not. Yet, even with them, we may hold back certain thoughts and feelings.

The third face is the one no one ever sees. This is our truest self—the version of us that exists when we are alone. It holds our deepest thoughts, fears, desires, and dreams. It is where our true nature lives, without the influence of others.

Understanding these three faces helps us realize that everyone is more complex than they appear. It reminds us to be kind, as we never truly know what someone is going through. It also encourages us to reflect on who we really are when no one is watching. After all, the truest version of ourselves is the one we must live with forever.

Life is too short to waste on negativity. I am not interested in fighting, hating, blaming, or being petty with whatever time I have left. My focus is on living, loving, and finding happiness.

There was a time when I cared too much about what others thought, held onto grudges, and let small things steal my peace. But I have learned that none of it truly matters. Anger and resentment only drain energy. Blame and hate only make the heart heavier. Life is not meant to be lived in constant conflict.

Now, I choose peace. I choose love. I choose happiness. I want to wake up with gratitude, spend time with people who bring me joy, and focus on what truly matters. Arguments and negativity have no place in my life anymore. Instead, I embrace laughter, kindness, and meaningful moments.

I want to be surrounded by love not just in relationships but in the way I live each day. I want to cherish my family, appreciate my friends, and take care of my own well-being.

At the end of the day, life is not about who was right or wrong. It’s about the moments we create, the love we give, and the peace we choose to protect.

You don’t need closure from those who have caused you pain.

Your gentle heart and pure intentions are enough to heal you.

Their absence speaks volumes; their ghosting is a reminder of your strength.

Their gaslighting reveals their true nature, while their silence shows you the importance of self-respect.

Their betrayal and disrespect serve as lessons, guiding you toward a brighter future.

Embrace your own closure; it’s found in your resilience and self-worth.

Let us not forget that we have the power to shape the world around us. When darkness surrounds you, remember that you have been called the light of the world and the salt of the earth (Matthew 5:13-14). As the light, you illuminate the paths of those in despair, guiding them toward truth and hope. As the salt, you preserve goodness and bring flavor to a world that often feels bland and lifeless. You carry within you the Spirit of Christ, empowering you to act with love, humility, and purpose.

Operate as such—shine brightly, love deeply, and walk boldly in faith—because the world needs the light and the salt now more than ever. Let your life be a testament to His glory and a beacon of hope for others.
