Hakka-Style Chicken recipes🐔🐔

Ingredients

- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast or thighs, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 tablespoon grated ginger
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce (optional)
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon white pepper
- Salt, to taste
- 2 green onions, chopped (for garnish)
- 1/4 cup chopped scallions and coriander leaves (for garnish)

Instructions:

1. Heat oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.
2. Add garlic, onion, and ginger; stir-fry until onion is translucent.
3. Add chicken; cook until browned and cooked through.
4. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce (if using), sesame oil, sugar, and white pepper.
5. Pour sauce mixture over chicken; stir-fry to coat.
6. Season with salt to taste.
7. Garnish with green onions and coriander leaves
