Naan is a North Indian flat bread that can be found at any local Indian restaurants. While most of the establishments use a tandoori oven to make naans, it’s not the ONLY way—all you need is a cast-iron skillet!

Heat the skillet until it’s super hot before you throw in the naan dough. The high heat makes the dough rise, and fills the middle part of the naan with an air pocket. Then, brush the fresh-off-the-skillet naan with some melted salted butter and top it off with cilantro leaves. So easy and delicious to make, your dinner guests will think it came straight from an actual restaurant!
