With This Bedtime Table It Is Now So Easy To Regulate Your Child’s Sleep

Everybody knows that it is very important to sleep well. It is recommended to sleep at least eight hours per day. But what about children? Parents often argue about the right bedtime for kids. Recently, a special chart was posted on Facebook, which helps to determine at what time your child should go to bed.
According to this chart, bedtime depends on the child’s age. For example, at the age of two, the suggested bedtime is 7:00 pm, and at the age of eighteen – 11:00 pm. But not all parents find this table appropriate. Some users claim that 11:00 pm is too late for teenagers.
Of course, people have different sleep schedules, but still it is a good idea to have a specific time when your kids should go to sleep. If they have troubles going to bed early, make sure they have had enough physical activity during the day. So, it might be a good idea to go to the playground or do some sport.
Duration of sleep also depends on age. For example, infants should sleep 12 to 16 hours, and teenagers up to 10 hours per day.
