Do You Throw Away The Potato Peels?

You Will Never Do It Again As You Learn What They Can Do To Your Gray Hair!

Gray hair is no longer something that can’t be concealed but we still don’t like getting it. And there is no way to avoid it, because it is a natural thing, no matter how little stress you have and how healthy your diet is. However, the problem with all those hair dyes is that they can damage your hair in the long run. We offer you to try potato peels; a natural solution for a natural cause.

You will need 5–6 potatoes, preferably large ones, a large bowl and a cooking pot. Don’t forget to prepare a colander and an empty bottle for the final product.

Let’s get started. Once you have the potatoes peeled, pour 2 glasses of water into a large enough cooking pot. Add the peels and cook it on high heat and let it boil for 20–30 minutes. After that, use the colander to get the water into a bowl without peels and let it cool down. Pour into a bottle and add some lavender oil or rosemary if you want it to have a nice scent.

Now, when you are ready to apply the product you’ve got, make sure your hair is well moisturized. Apply the conditioner and let it sit for a couple of minutes. This will help you preserve the hair for a longer time because gray hair gets more brittle. Now you can pour the potato peel water over your hair. It’s important that you then dry your hair with a towel, not rinse it.

There will be no immediate effect because the procedure needs to be done at least three times a week over the period of a couple of months. Or if you do it daily, it may only take a few weeks. This can be done right after you wash your hair the way you usually do.

Keep your hair young and healthy!
