How To Get Your Kids To Love Their Veggie

Vegetables aren't the most attractive food to kids. Try getting them to eat a little piece of broccoli or brussel sprout and you'll see the reluctance on their faces.

 How about 'disguising' these healthy food into something they like? Like nuggets!



Ingredients

3 peeled and cut carrots

½ head broken up cauliflower

1 head broken up broccoli

2 chopped cloves of garlic

1 egg

½ tea spoon onion powder

1 tea spoon salt

½ tea spoon pepper

1¾ cup plain bread crumbs

 

Instructions

 1. Blend the carrots, cauliflowers, broccolis, garlics, egg, onion powder, salt, and pepper till they're well combined.

2. Add in 1 1/4 bowls of breadcrumbs to the mixture then blend it again.

3. Form pieces of nuggets from the mixture and coat them in another layer of breadcrumbs.

4. You can either fry it till golden brown or bake them at 200˚C for 25 minutes.

5. Serve the nuggets with ketchup!
