Easy Workout

Most of us give excuses to work out because of the work load that we face daily. Here sre some excercises that you could while sitting on your office chair.



1)Kegel: Kegel is a fprm of movement to strengthen your upper thighs





2)Abs: While sitting on the edge of your chair, sit up straight with your arms infront of you squeeze your abs as long as you can, then gently slide down to a sitting position.





3)Calves: While standing up or waiting for someone or something near your coppier machine. Lift your ankle up and try to repeat this motion.






Hip:Raise your leg while sitting on your chair until your hip level, do that thrice every hour.



So now there is no reasons for everyone to start working out while in office!!!
