Jeera Kashayam



Ingredients:

Jeera – 2 tsp.
Water – 2 cups
Crushed panamkalkandu(Palm candy) – 4 tsp.
Ghee OR butter – 1 tsp.

Heat a kadai and dry roast jeera nearly black. Add water & boil till it reduces to half. Add crushed panamkalkandu. Stir well & add ghee. Drink it hot.
