Control Your Food And Workout Based On Your Blood Group



Your blood type is powerful and there is a chemical reaction that works to the food that you eat, your workouts and your blood.

Here is what has been suggested to all blood types:



Type 0:

1)You have high adrenaline rush, where only high intensity exercises would be like running, interval training and martial arts.

2)You could be seen as an emotional outlet and could be a mood booster to fight stress and anxiety.

3)Just simple 30 minutes will help lower your stress levels and dramatically by relaxing and being pleasant.

4)Animal protein will be suitable but dairy products and grains will not suit you. If you put on weight this is because of the wheat products, lentils, corns, kidney beans and cabbage.



Type A:

1)Intense exercise will cause muscle fatigue and exhaustion.

2)You could probably opt out to something like yoga, tai chi or pilates and kick-start your day but keeping your hormones level in balance.

3)Try keeping it being a vegetarian, stick to fresh food,pure and organic.



Type B:

1)Moderate group exercises, low impact aerobics, tennis, swimming, hiking and cycling will best suit you.

2)You have a robust immune system and a tolerant digestive system, and resist to chronic illnesses. You can survive better then other blood types.



Type AB:

1)A and B biologically complex.

2)Combination of exercises for type A and B works best. You need the high intensity to hike up your anger and centred activities to wind down when you are highly tensed.

3) Fresh fruits, veggies and wholegrain is all that you need to shed the calories. Cut the red meat and add dairy.

There is always a way to balance these, especially when you know that genetic make-up has the highest influence.
