Beliefs that are real

Some beliefs that we carry from our ancestors could be real, here are some of the beliefs that we still follow:


1)The reason why we say namaskaram/ or put our hands together: 



It is a way to give respect and it creates pressure points to the ear,eyes and mind. Pressing them together will turn on pressure points helps to remember a person for a long time.

2)Wearing a toe ring:



Married women frequently use of  toe ring because the nerve from the second toe is connected to the heart and straight to the uterus. So when one wears a toe ring it will strengthen the uterus.

3)Wearing kum kum on the head:



There is small spot between the two eyebrows on the forehead and this is a major point in our body. The kum kum is considered an energy-saver and this will keep the body in control different levels of concentration.

4)Why temples do have bell?



Because the bells in the temple clears our mind and helps us to stay focused. The bells are made special technique. The history behind it is when we ring the bell it leaves 7 seconds and our body gets activated, this removes negative thoughts from our mind.

4)We do we touch our elders feet?



because the cosmic energy that flows in our body from one end to another. Their energy will be transferred through handshakes, hugs and the cosmic energy gathers at our finger tips so when we touch elders feet the fingers of the hand becomes the receptor.

5)Wearing bangles as a tradition,



because the wrist is the most energetic part of the human body and generates a lot of energy. There is electricity passing through the outer skin is again sent to one's body. This passes the energy back to the outer part of the body.
