As we know leap year happens only 4 years once, but this 4 years once celebrations leave an impact especially for those who were born on this date 29th February. This year 29th February falls on Monday(the blues day).

2)Every women is predicted to kneel and propose on 29th February:



This tradition started in the 5th century, where women was given the allowance to propose, because could not wait for men, they took too long, and the men cannot reject the proposal. In Denmark, if the men turns down the proposal, he has to give 12 gloves to the women.

3) Leap year babies don't cry, you may celebrate your birthday one day before or one day after but that does not mean you don't age:



Some get insulted or made fun of, when they are 40 years but only will be celebrating their 20th birthday, also there won't be allowance to wish them on the same day, either one day before which may go"I didn't want to wish you earlier, but i'm scared ill miss your birthday" or if it would be one day later"Oh! I'm sorry I missed your birthday. No worries as there are hundreds around the world who feel the same. Cry no more!
