Rice Cutlet



Ingredients:

1)2 cups cooked rice
2)1 small peel and cut potatoes
3)1 cup mixed vegetables(green beans, bell paper, carrot)
4)2 teaspoon ginger chopped
5)1/2 spoon red chili powder- to taste
6)1-1/2 teaspoon salt
7)1 teaspoon cumin seeds
8)1 tablespoon corn starch
9)Oil to fry

Method:

1)Put all dry vegetables together
2)Process all the vegetables for about half a minute, but do not let it become like a paste, should be able to see the vegetables.
3)Mix the rice to a chunky soft dough. Divide the mix into 16 pieces, roll them into flat patties just about 1/2 inch thick
4)Heat the oil in medium heat,drop the cutlet slowly into the oil, do not let it overlap.
5)Fry the cutlet untill golden brown and turn it ocasionally. This should be for only 5 to 6 minutes.
6)Serve them hot and back it up with "chutney" or "chilli sauce"
