Beautiful Paintings by S Ilayaraja | A Must See

Hi friends, hope you all are doing great !! Actually I was thinking the whole day that which post should I choose so that all the visitors and audience will enjoy it to the core. With this intention I kept on searching and browsing the internet, Luckily, I was directed to a website of  paintings of some south Indian artist. And what I saw was a marvelous, Majestic and fabulous work of art. For first few seconds, I was not able to make out that these works by him were photographs or Paintings, but as i got deep into it, i realized  that these are paintings by Mr. S. Ilayaraja, a young emerging artist from Tamil Nadu, South India. The moment I saw his work, I became his fan. I thought that I must share his short biography and art works with you people so that you also enjoy and appreciate his art.

Biography: 

Mr. S Ilayaraja is a young emerging artist from Tamil Nadu, Southern India. He paint realistic figures where light and shades play a significant role. To me, His works resembles the legendary Indian painter Raja Ravi Varma. Born on 19th April, 1979, he completed Masters degree in painting from Govt College of Fine Arts, Chennai. He is specialized in Oil Paintings, Water Color Paintings, Acrylic Paintings, Photography etc. In 2009 he participated in one man show called 'Dravidian Women' presented  by Mrs. Dhanlakshmi Fordyce in association with Abstract art gallery which brought him a lot of name and fame. Tamil Weekly "Ananda Vikatan" played a great role in introducing him to common man. Some of his works are shown below. Hope you will like them and enjoy :)
