4. Belfast
A couple of days are required in order to explore all the attractions and get a real feel for the city of Belfast. What could best describe the city is its eminence of economic engine of Northern Ireland. Visiting the city centre, you should bring to a focus the glories resulting from the Industrial Revolution - spectacular Victorian pubs and astonishing architecture. The rejuvenated area from Ann Street to Donegall Street, which was presently known as the Cathedral quarter is also worth paying attention to. What is characteristic about the architectural style of Belfast's buildings is that it ranges from Edwardian, represented by the City Hall; to modern, which found its reflection in the Waterfront Hall. Many of the Victorian landmarks of Belfast, including the Linen Hall Library and the main Lanyon Building at Queen's University Belfast are wok of Sir Charles Lanyon. Integral parts of the city heritage are its fabulous parks and gardens, boasting abundance of places for jogging, picnics and strolls and local wildlife. Noteworthy fact is that Belfast hosts many festivals and special activities, such as: great beast hunts, Rose Week and bird watching evenings.

8. Liverpool
The city of Liverpool has gone through an outstanding transformation from humble fishing village to exquisite refurbishment of the city's majestic industrial and municipal buildings. Provided the fact the city is mostly associated with trade in the form of export and import of tobacco, spice and sugar, it is a small wonder that the major attractions of the city are Fab Four-related. Talking about the most distinguished features of Liverpool, we couldn't miss the hysteria around the eminent Beatles story experience and in particular Paul's childhood home. In order to touch the incredible spirit of Liverpool, you need to know the city from inside. For this purpose you should drop by the Walker Art Gallery, the Liverpool Cathedral, the Albert Dock's stores, the Royal Court and Unity theatres. One of the major merits of the metropolitan borough of Merseyside is the fact it has impressive history of performing arts, represented by various annual theatre festivals, the most significant among which is such the Liverpool Shakespeare Festival.
