Why Eating Out Is Unhealthy?

Eating out is unhealthy, period. If you are leading a busy lifestyle and dining out frequently, you should make a point to eat at home more often. Eating at home requires more time and effort from you but it can be beneficial to your health in many ways.

Moreover, the effects of eating food outside will add to the pounds, make you feel lethargic and above all it is the core of bringing to life many diseases like diabetes, metabolic Syndrome and certain types of cancers too. Eating out is bad for you as the water used by the vendors is impure. There is also a higher chance that the food is not completely cooked, which thus leads to indigestion and other stomach problems.

Unwashed Vegetables



Most of the vegetables which is used in the dishes prepared outside are dropped in as it is. There is in no way that they are washed in salt water or soaked in turmeric before cooking. Consuming unwashed vegetables especially the ones which contain dye and fertilisers is bad for the intestines.

Oil Is Repeatedly Used



Eating out in unhealthy as the food is rarely cooked in fresh oil. The oil which is used to fry chunks of fish will mostly be the same oil to fry papads. Consuming fried foods that are cooked in stale oil will cause damage to your health. It will lead to diarrhea and severe stomach aches.
