Dates Milk Shake



Ingredients

1/4 cup dates – de-seeded and chopped

2 tbsp sugar

720 ml milk

1 cup crushed ice

Method:

Blend the dates and 1/2 cup of milk together in a blender.

Add the rest of the ingredients and blend at high speed and serve in four glasses.
