CARROT CHAPATHI

 INGREDIENTS :

Whole wheat flour  - 2 cups
Carrot Chutney - 1 cup
Salt to taste
Ghee/Unsalted butter .

For Carrot Chutney :

Saute carrot , channa dal , red chillies , onion till the raw smell leaves and grind it with little salt very finely.

METHOD OF PREPARATION :

1) Make dough with carrot chutney for chapathi .
2) Roll a small ball of dough for chaphathi .
3)Heat tawa. Once hot , place it and flip to its sides till done .

Serve with Kurma .
