Ingredients
2 tsp ragi flour
1/2 cup water
1 cup water to cook ragi
4-5 curry leaves
2 soaked walnuts
4-5 mint leaves
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp jeera
2 tsp curds
Ice cubes
Method
In a bowl mix well ragi flour and 1/2 cup water. Heat 1 cup water and add the ragi mixture. Stir and cook till it thickens.
Cool slightly then put in a mixie. Add the rest of the ingredients and make a smooth mixture.
