Devara (Jr NTR) is involving in pirate operations along with his neighborhood village friends including Bhaira (Saif Ali Khan), Rayappa (Srikanth), Kunjara (Kalaiyarasan) and Kora (Shine Tom Chacko). At some point, Devara understands the consequence of their smuggling and plans to stop it. But it raises the conflict with Bhaira and followed by few more incidents are happening. Many years later, story of Devara's son Vara (another Jr NTR) is shown and Thangam (Janhvi Kapoor) is his love interest. What challenges Vara face to survive in that village & How he handles those, are rest of the story.
Positives: Actors performance, Screen presence of Jr NTR, Action sequences, BGM, Few VFX shots, Cinematography.
Drawbacks: Nothing new in story, Predictable screenplay, Lengthy run time.
Verdict: Watchable as a time pass with little patience.
