Restaurant Style Egg Korma 🍳🍛

Ingredients:

6 boiled eggs
2 onions, finely chopped
2 tomatoes, pureed
1/2 cup yogurt
1/4 cup heavy cream
2 tablespoons ghee or vegetable oil
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
2 bay leaves
1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste
1 teaspoon red chili powder
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 teaspoon coriander powder
1/2 teaspoon garam masala powder
Salt to taste
Fresh coriander leaves for garnish
Instructions:

Heat ghee or oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds and bay leaves, and let them splutter.
Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for a minute until the raw smell disappears.
Add pureed tomatoes and cook until the oil separates from the masala.
Add red chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, and salt. Mix well.
Whisk yogurt and add it to the pan, stirring continuously to avoid curdling. Cook for a few minutes.
Add heavy cream and mix well. Cook until the gravy thickens.
Make small slits on the boiled eggs and add them to the gravy. Let them simmer for 5-7 minutes, allowing the flavors to blend.
Sprinkle garam masala powder and garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
Serve hot with naan, roti, or rice.
