Meet, Meenakshmi Amma The Kalaripayattu Expert

Meet this 74 years old lady with 67 years of experience in Kalaripayattu. Meenakshi Amma is from Puthupadam, Kerala. She started Kalaripayattu at the age of 7 and now she runs her own training academy with 150 students.

Meenakshi Amma does all this in a saree and she said that she is most comfortable in it. Believe it or not, all the complicated and difficult movements are performed in a spree too.
