10 million views for 'Kabali', Rajini is the King!

Superstar Rajinikanth’s Kabali teaser has clocked in more than 10 million views and it is all set to break the lifetime view count of all Indian film teasers.

 Already, Kabali has surpassed the first day view count of Indian film teasers and going by the statistics, it will set a new benchmark for the lifetime view count as well.

Generally, Tamil film teasers require minimum two to three weeks to hit ten million and till now, only Vijay’s Theri and Shankar’s ‘I’ have touched the magical figure and by today or tomorrow, Kabali is likely to surpass their total view count.

It is worth mentioning that, teaser of Kabali was unveiled on May 1st and within three days, it has touched ten million, which itself is a record.

Kabali’s producer Kalaipuli S Thanu is overwhelmed by the teaser response and he is planning for a grand audio launch for the film in Malaysia. Directed by Ranjith, Kabali is likely to hit the screens by end of June or July first week.

'Kabali' to release before Ramzan?

As per the latest buzz in K-town, makers of Superstar Rajinikanth’s  Kabali are planning to release the film on July 1, six days before Ramzan festival. 

But distributors in Gulf countries and Malaysia have requested Kabali’s producer Thanu to reconsider the date and asked him to release the film only on July 7 as Muslims in their country will strictly adhere to fasting before Ramzan day.

Directed by Ranjith, teaser of Kabali is a massive success as it has crossed more than 1.6 million views on You Tube. Shooting for the film got wrapped up long back and currently, the team is busy with dubbing and other post production works.

Rosyam Nor Has Something To Say About Rajinikanth

Local hit talent Rosyam Nor said at first when he was called up to play the supporting role in Kabali, he was stunned, Rajinikanth actually asked him if he agreed to play that particular role.

After further INFORMATION was given to Rajinikanth had further about Rosyam Nor’s acting career, he was curious to know how the scene has been for him .

Rosyam said “He is so down to earth, he actually asked me how my has been career been and asked me why I agreed to act in this film although it was just a supporting role. I told him I feel honoured to be playing a role in your movie, although it could be just a minor role".

Rosyam Nor also said since the news of his featuring went viral his Instagram and twitter ACCOUNT now has many Non-Malay followers too.

Kabali Release Date

Kabali, the blockbuster movie for the year finally has a release date. The moviemakers originally planned 1st June, but then decided to release Kabali on 1st July . The movie is currently undergoing the post-production stage, hoping there won't be anymore delay in the release date as it has already triggered the interest of the audience.
