Carrot, broccoli and beetroot juice recipe
Ingredients
Broccoli- 1 cup
Carrots- 7-8
Beetroot- 1 or 2
Salt (optional)
Procedure
Wash the vegetables. Cut the ends of the carrots and break the broccoli into florets. Cut the carrots into medium sized pieces so that they blend easily.
Slice the beetroots. Add all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Serve in a juice glass. If you want to add salt, add and stir well.
