Gastric Trouble :
Chew on fresh ginger slices, soaked in lime juice.
Eat corriander seeds.
Grind together 1 tsp of pepper, dry ginger and green cardamom seeds, each. Put ½ tsp of the mixture in water and drink 1 hour after a meal.
Mix ½ tsp dry ginger powder with a pinch of asafetida and a pinch of rock salt. Add to 1 cup warm water and drink.
Soak 1 tsp grained cardamom seeds in 1 cup water, for 10 minutes. Strain the liquid and drink.
Crush a garlic clove and add ginger if desired and simmer in 1 cup water for 15-20 minutes and drink.
Slice open a ripe banana and 1/4 tsp. of asafoetida into it, spreading it along the slice. Take this once or twice a day depending on severity of the problem.
Take a cup of water in a pan. Add 1 tsp. each of ground cumin, crushed black pepper and ginger. Boil till the water quantity reduces to half. Drink the decoction 2-3 times a day.
Take a few garlic cloves and crush them. Take 1 tsp. of this garlic paste and boil in a cup of milk. Drink 1- 2 times a day.
