 Dance therapy :

Dance is a good exercise and is often the most expressive way of communication. But dance therapy can improve emotional, social, behaviourial and physical conditions. Dance movements strengthens the connection between the body and mind through body movements. Dance therapy is based on the belief that the mind and body work together. Through dance, it is thought people can identify and express their innermost emotions, bringing those feelings to the surface. Dance therapy is offered as a health promotion service for reducing the stress and other chronic illness.

Music therapy :

Listening to soul stirring music after a day's hectic work is relaxing. But music is also used to reduce pain, alleviate stress, reduce hypertension and improve the general well-being of patients. Music therapy uses different ragas with special emphasis on certain notes to bring in a sense of balance. Listening helps to improve concentration, memory and reduce stress. In the active form of music therapy, importance is on participation and singing. It ishelpful in treating neurological problems and in enhancing speech fluency.

Touch therapy :
