Anger will destroy us if we do not forgive.



What is the source of my anger?
Who dare to challenge my feelings?
My thoughts are so bitter, is anger everlasting?
Why can’t I forgive and move on?
Such bitterness is consuming.

My smile, my joy and my laughter
Anger has taken away,
And I am left hurting everyday.

I will and I must forgive
To heal this wound that anger has opened,
I need to be freed
From this prison I’m caged in,
For my beauty and health strives from within me.

Anger let me go! Let peace be comforting.
To my heart and soul,
I forgive, I forgive for anger you are no more.
