London Tamizhargalin Thaipusa Vizha
The famous London Murugan Temple Thaipusam Festival had been taking place since 1984. Devotees not only from London, but from all over England and even from around the world visit the temple for the festival. The fifteen-day festivities are being carried out with prior information and permission from the various departments such as fire department, police department, etc. With devotees dressed in traditional Tamil costumes, people feel that they are at home rather than in another country.
