12 Signs That Your Body Is Begging For Help That It’s Better Not To Ignore

Our bodies are able to tell us when something isn’t right. But we don’t always listen!
The main problem with warning signs that the body gives us is that they are rather vague, and this makes it difficult to determine the root cause of the problem.
Here is a list of 12 of the most common symptoms that you shouldn’t ignore:
1. Craving for a certain kind of food
Everyone has a craving for a certain kind of food sometimes. You can address this issue by looking at your lifestyle. We usually crave certain foods because our body is lacking in specific nutrients. The second reason for such eating habits could be a lack of sleep; it leads to a lot of stress in the body, which creates an urge to eat a lot of sweet or salty foods.
Solution: Stop buying prepackaged, prepared, and salty foods, get plenty of sleep, and look after your emotional well-being.
2. Leg cramps
What could be worse than waking up to a sharp, protracted pain in the legs? The main reason why the body gives us this sign is insufficient blood supply, which is caused by narrowing of the arteries. Another reason may be that the nerves in your spine are pinched, perhaps due to a lot of walking.
Solution: Eat more foods that contain potassium, such as tomatoes, oranges, and bananas. Or just drink more water throughout the day.
3. Dry skin
You’d be surprised to learn how many people have dry skin. This may seem harmless, but that’s not always the case. The main reason for dry skin is weather. Some people are affected by dry winters, others by humid summers. Soap and detergents can also cause dry skin.
Solution: Include healthy fats in your diet. They are found in avocados, oily fish, nuts, and seeds.
4. Headaches
Millions of people around the world suffer daily from headaches, which can come from a cold, infection, or fever. Headaches can also come from emotional stress, depression, lack of sleep, certain medications, and skipping meals.
Solution: It may be difficult to do, but try to minimize the impact of your environment. You can also make a list of the foods that give you headaches, and replace them with foods rich in magnesium.
5. Bad breath
All of us have met someone with bad breath at least once in our life. The main cause of this is rotting food between the teeth and gums. A dry mouth can also cause bad breath, since a lack of saliva makes it difficult to swallow food. Finally, bad breath can be caused by an oral infection, such as periodontitis or caries.
Solution: Eat more natural and unprocessed foods and pay more attention to oral hygiene.
6. Brittle nails
Broken nails are a common occurrence for those advanced in age, but there can be other reasons for women, such as frequent use of nail polish or a hormonal imbalance. Broken nails can also be a sign of depression or improper nutrition.
Solution: Consult a nutritionist. This will help you find out which nutrients your body is lacking.
7. Split ends
Household items such as hairdryers and straighteners dry out the hair. Chemical dyes can also lead to split ends. A lack of healthy fats in the diet, such as those contained in fish and olive oil, can also contribute to this.
Solution: Use only organic hair dyes and take a break from using the hairdryer.
8. Chronic fatigue
If you are exhausted after a long day at the office, it’s understandable. But if you are constantly tired, even after a full night’s sleep, and your brain has begun to “put on the brakes,” it could be the result of an imbalance in nutrition.
Solution: Include more natural foods in your diet.
9. Pain when exercising
If you regularly feel pain while you’re exercising, you may be experiencing trauma due to a pulled muscle.
Solution: Rest your muscles for a couple of days and see how you feel. If the pain is still there, see a specialist.
10. Swollen joints
If your joints appear a little swollen and red, it can be a sign of dermatomyositis. This is an inflammation of the underlying muscle tissue, which can lead to a decrease in collagen production. Since this protein protects the body from cancer, the amount should be carefully monitored.
Solution: If the swelling and redness of the joints does not go away, contact your doctor.
11. Bloated stomach
A feeling of fullness after a delicious holiday dinner is one thing, but a constantly swollen abdomen is a cause for concern. One of the reasons for this symptom is an excess of fatty foods, because they require more time to digest. Also, bloating may be caused by hypersensitivity to certain foods, such as dairy products or beans. In addition, you may have low acidity in your stomach, which leads to improper digestion of food.
Solution: Reduce your consumption of fatty foods. If this does not help, see a gastroenterologist.
12. Irregularity
All of us have intestinal problems from time to time. But if you are constantly constipated, don’t ignore it. Irregularity may be due to the use of certain medicines, an excess of fatty foods in the diet, and a lack of vitamins and nutrients.
Solution: Try adding kiwi, strawberries, prunes, dried plums, almonds, flaxseed, oranges, oatmeal, aloe vera juice, spinach, green beans, broccoli, yogurt, and coffee to your diet. Also, make sure you are drinking enough water.
Please, don’t ignore these signals that your body gives you. It’s much easier to prevent an illness than to cure one. Be healthy!
