Love Sleeping?
« on: August 07, 2017, 05:35:30 PM »
Do you love sleeping? As for it is one of the most important things in my life. When I get just one hour less sleep in the night, I am so sleepy during the day. So if I could, I would spend many hours in my bed. But I always wanted to know if this normal or not and how much sleep do I really need? Now researchers finally answer this question! And their conclusion isn’t what you expect.

Because the short answer is “it depends.” There isn’t a perfect number of sleep that fits everybody. Sleep needs can be so different for every person, but we have a general guideline that clarifies the question for each age group.

There are a lot of various factors that can change your amount of sleep.

They include:

1.Pregnancy
When a woman is pregnant, her body changes and this process can increase her need for sleep.

2.Aging

It turns out that older adults need less sleep than younger adults. Sometimes sleeping patterns may change with age, you even may experience some problems with sleeping.

3.Lack of sleep
When you are sleep deprived, you need much more sleep to be okay.

4.Sleep quality

If you have to sleep in a noisy room or your sleep is interrupted; it isn’t good for your health.

Some people say that they need only several hours of sleep, but studies show that it is impossible. If you sleep too little, your cognitive abilities are not as good if you sleep enough.
