Iced Tea With Ice Cream



Ingredients:

2 tsp tea leaves or 4 tea bags
1 tsp lemon juice
sugar
1½ cup water
ice cubes
2 scoops vanilla ice cream

Directions to make iced tea with ice cream recipe:

1. Boil water in a pan. Add tea leaves, sugar and lemon juice to the boiling water. Wait till the colour of tea leaves (dark brown) is visible. If you are using tea bags, pour boiled water and sugar mix in a cup. Soak the tea bags till the water turns brown.

2. Leave for 3-4 minutes. After the colour of water changes to brown, take out the tea bags or strain the tea liqour in a bowl. Let it cool.

3. Now refrigerate for 1-2 hours. Pour it in a glass. Add crushed ice cubes to give it some texture. From the top, add 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream. Serve it chilled!

Mint/Pudina Juice



Ingredients:

2 tsp pudina leaves, washed and cleaned
1 tsp lemon juice
3 tsp sugar
salt
½ tsp jeera (cumin seeds) powder
½ tsp pepper powder
water

Directions to make iced tea with ice cream recipe:

1. Grind the pudina leaves with water in a grinder.

2. Mix all the ingredients with the grounded pudina and water. Mix well with a spoon and serve it cold.

Garnish with mint leaves. Serve mint/pudina juice chilled.
