Chilli Bread

INGREDIENTS:


Bread - 3 slices
Onion- 1(big)
Tomato-3 (medium)
Chilli powder-1 tsp
Salt to taste
Curry masala powder/Mutton masala- 1 tsp
Dania leaves
Cumin seeds-1/2 tsp


METHOD OF PREPARATION:


1) Refrigerate bread for 2 hours.
2) Then cut bread into small pieces and deep fry them.
3) Heat oil in a pan.Add cumin seeds.When it splutters,add onion.Fry till tender.
4) Add chopped tomato and fry till it forms thick gravy with onion.
5) Then add powders and salt.Fry till the raw smell goes.
6) Finally add fried bread and mix well.Spread dania leaves and serve hot.
