Water is a very important and essential component of our body and adequate hydration is necessary to be healthy. Yes. Water, is truly available everywhere, and as a result most people take it for granted. A person can live without food for few days, but without drinking water it is not possible. Water is crucial to your health making up round 60% of your body weight. Every system in your body depends on water. Lungs expel two to four cups of water each day through breathing. If your feel sweat, there goes another cup. If you make half a dozen trips to the bathroom, that is another six cups. Loosing more water without sufficient intake considered dehydrated.
