3BHK Movie Review

Vasudevan (Sarathkumar) works as an accountant in chennai and his wife is Shanthi (Devayani). Prabhu (Siddharth) is their son and Aarthi (Meetha Raghunath) is their daughter. Due to the various struggles in different rental houses, they are planning to buy their own 3BHK house. But few incidents are keep on postponing their dream plan. What are those hurdles & What happens further, are rest of the story.

Positives: Relatable middle class family story, Actors performance, Many engaging moments, BGM, Cinematography.

Drawbacks: Slow paced second half.

Verdict: Watchable family cinema.
