DIY Rose Water Face Toner

Instructions
1.Remove petals from stems and run them under luke-warm water .
2.In a large bowl add the petals with enough distilled water to just cover . Over medium-low heat bring the water to a simmer and cover. Let simmer for 20-30 minutes. Strain the mixture and place water in a glass jar to store.

How to use: Wet a soft cotton ball with rose water and dab it on cleansed skin.
