>> Of 44,452 health professionals, walking was connected to an 18% lower risk of coronary artery disease.
>> Of 72,488 nurses, walking was connected to a 35% lower risk of heart attack and cardiac death.

Reduced Blood Pressure: According to researchers, taking regular moderate walks helps to reduce blood pressure
