This Very Unexpected Object Can Help To Ease Your Problems

Most of us spend many hours sitting in our office chairs at our computers at work, at the same time, sometimes we continue to do the same even at home. This sedentary lifestyle can result in problems with our neck and back. Today I am going to offer you one simple solution.

And you need one very unexpected object to help your body to feel better. It is a regular tennis ball. You can use it while doing these easy exercises and they really work.

Pain in your back

This exercise helps to ease pressure on your muscles caused by your bad posture. What do you need to do? Lie down and place two tennis balls under your back between your ribs and your tailbone. Please, don’t pace the tennis ball under the spine! Then start to move from side to side, massaging your back. You can put the tennis balls in a clean sock to avoid rolling away. Choose a comfortable pressure.

Pain in your neck

If you experience neck pain, you can relax your muscles in this area using this simple exercise. Lie down and stretch your legs out. Place two balls under your neck at the base of your skull. Then push the tennis balls a little upwards tensing your toes. As a result, you will feel a stretch in your neck. Then relax your toes again. Take a rest and repeat the exercise.

Pain in your hips

Hip pain can appear if you have uncomfortable shoes, sometimes it occurs when you sit in a bad chair for too long. You can ease the pain with this trick. Lie on the floor and place a ball under one your side as a support. Then try to find a balance and move your hip in a circular motion several times. Do the same with the other hip.

Pain in your shoulders

Place the tennis ball between your spine and your shoulder blade. Then slowly start to move in a circular motion to relax your muscles. Be sure that pressure is comfortable for you.

Pain in your knee

If you spot that your knees are in a state of tension, try this little trick. Bend your knee in a sitting position and place one tennis ball on the back of it. Then try to crash the ball for several seconds and relax. Repeat it again to 10 times. Then do the same with another knee.

Feet relax

Place the tennis ball on the floor and your leg on it. Then roll the ball. Choose the comfortable pressure. Do it to 1 minute.
Hand relax You can do practically the same with your hands. You also can use your other hand to increase pressure. Try to crush the ball, and then relax.
