This Is How To Make Tasty And Healthy Idli Podi

Idli podi (powder) is a mixture ground dry spices that usually contains chickpea, bean, dried chilis and sesame seeds. It is traditionally eaten with idlis, dosas and other South Indian dishes.

Idli podi is used as a dipping condiment and usually consumed in a teaspoon full, mixed with sesame or other oil.
