Comedian Kumarimuthu passed away
Veteran comedian Kumarimuthu passed away today (February 29) due to age related ailments. The actor was admitted at a private hospital in Chennai but unfortunately doctors couldn’t save his life. Kumarimuthu has acted in more than 500 films in Tamil cinema and he is best known for his comical laugh. Some of the famous films of Kumarimuthu are Mullum Malarum, Oomai Vizhigal and Villu. Kumarimuthu was also an active speaker in Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam (DMK) and was also instrumental in the power change in the recent election of South Indian Films Artistes Association.
