21 - 9 parallel dots (Neer Pulli) Kolam -
Start with 21 dots - 9 lines. Then leave six dots
at both ends and nine dots, six lines by putting parallel
dots at both sides. Start from the center
dot and finish the kolam. Erase the remaining dots.
