This Turkish man was born deaf. In a world where very few people know sign language, it's not always easy communicating. In this very inspired commercial (and I hope other companies follow suit!) Samsung did a good deed at the same time as advertising their new customer service center for the deaf, and taught his neighbors to converse with him in sign language.
