telephonic interview could be bettr...!!

if u choose a video interview u may be a bit nervous to talk to d person for d first time n thr r chancez to 4get wat u hav prepared...but in case of a telefonic interview itz juz voice so u can xpress ur maximum talent..!!   
If askd to me ..I wud say ofcoz..a telefonic interview is d best one..
